WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER AND DO YOU CHARGE TRAVEL FEES?

We are based in Telford, Shropshire but cover weddings and elopements across the whole of the UK and abroad. Our full day package rate includes all travel within Mainland England & Wales. Additional fees apply for NI, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and destinations outside of the UK. Contact us for a bespoke quotation.

DO YOU COVER INTIMATE WEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS?

Yes - we offer hourly coverage for couples whose plans may not require our full day coverage.

CAN WE BOOK A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

Our usual rates include one photographer (Mr Twig) who is generally happy to work alone. If you're having a particularly large wedding, or if you're planning something that might be difficult to capture solo, please let us know and we can arrange additional cover. There is a fee of £450 for a second photographer.

ARE YOU LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY?

Absolutely. It really should go without saying - but if you're crazy in love with each other, and our photography, that's all that matters.

WE'RE A BIT AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA/WE DON'T THINK WE'RE PHOTOGENIC. WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM?

Around 99% of the couples you see in our photos say the same thing. Our relaxed style means you don't have to spend all day posing or fake laughing. All you need to do is enjoy the day and let us take care of the rest.

WILL YOU TAKE GROUP PHOTOS?

Yes. Whilst our style is largely candid, we understand there may be some family/group shots you want to capture on the day. We recommend sticking to around 6-8 different combinations so we don't keep you away from the action too long.

DO YOU HAVE BACKUPS IN CASE OF ILLNESS/EQUIPMENT FAILURE?

We shoot with two main digital cameras, each with dual card slots (meaning your images are automatically backed up on the second card). We also carry a third back up camera as a spare.

Once we leave your wedding we transfer your images to our system which has two separate backup drives.

In case of illness or injury preventing us from covering your wedding, we have a network of trusted photographers we can call upon to associate shoot on our behalf.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes. We have full public liability & professional indemnity insurance.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?

You'll receive a preview gallery within one week of your wedding with a selection of 20-30 images from your day. Typical turnaround times for full galleries are around 8 weeks off-peak (Nov-March) and up to 12 weeks during peak wedding season (April-Oct), although sometimes galleries may take up to 16 weeks depending on our diary commitments. If you would like your images sooner we offer a 2-week express turnaround service for an additional fee of £500.

WHAT'S THE BOOKING PROCESS?

Once we've confirmed availability, and had a chat about your plans, all we need to secure your date is a signed contract and booking fee payment of £400.

CAN YOU HOLD OUR DATE?

Due to the sheer volume of enquiries we receive - 150+ per year - it wouldn't be fair for us to hold dates without the relevant booking fee and contract. Bookings for our exclusive 25 spots per year are accepted on a first come first served basis.
